Palmetto State Shooting Center is open to the public. Our modern indoor range is equipped with state of the art equipment designed and manufactured by Shooting Ranges International. Each of the lanes has an individual bullet trap which collects the spent bullet and prevents ricochets.

Our superior air handling equipment provides a clean environment through the use of 48 heavy duty lead removal filters.

The use of the above equipment is enhanced by a lighting system which provides daylight conditions. Each shooter controls their own target light and target retrieval system.

The range is capable of handling up to a .44 magnum handgun and a 30-06 rifle. (max 3600 fps bullet speed)

Hours Of Operation:

• MONDAY - Closed
• TUESDAY - 10 AM to 6 PM
• WEDNESDAY - 10 AM to 6 PM
• THURSDAY - 10 AM to 9 PM
• FRIDAY - 10 AM to 6 PM
• SATURDAY - 10 AM to 6 PM
• SUNDAY - 11 AM to 5 PM

Range Rules:

1. DO NOT load any weapons until you are inside the range.
2. Always keep the gun pointed down range and in a safe direction.
3. Always keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot.
4. Always keep the gun unloaded until ready to use.
5. If your gun malfunctions (does not fire) put it down and ask a staff professional for help.
6. If you are under age 18 you must be accompanied by a competent adult.
7. No Alcohol - No Drugs - No Horseplay
8. Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone violating these rules.
9. Eye and ear protection must be worn at all times while in the range.
10. The use of cellular phones is prohibited.
11. No steel cased ammo may be used.
12. Absolutely no rapid-fire shooting.
