Obtaining a five star rating is not easy and is only awarded after an inspection by an officer of The National Association of Shooting Ranges (NASR) and then only if the following criteria are met:

• APPEARANCE - Clean inside and out, impeccably maintained.
• GOOD MANAGEMENT - Knowledgeable and courteous staff, training, office technology.
• CUSTOMER/MEMBER FOCUS - Including clean and separate restroom facilities for both men and women with excellent lighting.
• CUSTOMER/MEMBER DEVELOPMENT - Instruction, matches, advertising.
• COMMUNITY RELATIONS - Community involvement, corporate citizenship.
• AMENITIES - Inventory, Pro Shop services, gunsmithing.
